So today in honor of Kayleigh, Riley and I sent a pink balloon into the air. This story has really touched me, and I dont think too many days will pass without thinking of Kayleigh and her amazing family! I know that she is in the heaveans above, enjoying being a little girl, and watching down on all of us!

My god bless you Kayleigh, and may you know how much of a little miracle you are, and how many people love you! Posted by Kelly at PM. No comments:. Newer Post Older Post Home. My Blog List. The Peas in my Pod Day 8: playdate with the ingrams 8 years ago. A day in the Life Hi All! When Kayleigh Ann Freeman was born, she only weighed one pound. Doctors warned her mom and dad that she would not survive long, but they clung to faith, each other, and the hope that their precious little girl would fight to stay alive.

Things did not seem to be getting better. Her weight soon dropped to just 13 ounces, and then the worst news of all came: Kayleigh would need open heart surgery. She was the smallest person on record to ever have the procedure, but that doesn't mean she didn't have a lot of spunk! This miracle baby fought against seemingly hopeless odds and survived! I was so moved and so inspired watching Kayleigh Ann's story I just had to share! I hope you're inspired by the life of this brave little girl, too.

If you're expecting to have an efficient and helpful telemedicine session with a healthcare provider, it's important to be prepared. Know why you're calling and have information ready for your doctor when he appears on your screen.

How long have they lasted? How severe? Can you drive if necessary? Just as important is to do your homework when it comes to selecting plans that allow for telemedicine appointments. Denise has been using the Health Alliance Network , a membership organization not insurance!
