There are 2 kids that live in this house up the street from me who range in age from like 13 to 16 and they both push mongo. They have been skating for at least a solid year now and they cannot do anything on a skateboard.
Both of them try and let off this vibe that they are awesome skater kids with the way the dress and act and stuff but they look like they can barely stay on their boards half the time like it literally looks like they are chasing their boards while pumping trying to stay on. They cannot even land 1 inch ollies. I will go outside skating normal and grind my flatbar or do some simple shit like shove its and they look at me like im fucking pro or something.
I think it all boils down to them pushing mongo personally. Every friend I ever had that skated that way ended up switching to normal skating for the same reasons. Mongo pushers look really stupid. Whenever i see someone pushing mongo, i laugh.
